December writing inspiration: the lights

December is a month full of light.

Is there something more inspiring and dreamful than light? I personally don't think so, and this month I see fairy lights shining everywhere.

His fairy tales are all splendid, and everywhere in the world, they talk about very high, precious and noble things.

Yes, the inspiration of December for me is just this: light.

The light that warms, the light that illuminates but also the light vanishing away as fragile and gentle as a butterfly coming from another world.

The light of freezing and clear mornings, of the snow that quietly covers everything, of the night skies filled with stars.

The light of candles in houses, the light of Christmas trees, the light of the eyes of children waiting for their gifts.

The light of the comet that has never stopped showing everyone the way to Bethlehem.

But also the light of gratitude and love that is rediscovered and shared.

Different lights, but all beautiful.

Yes, there is light, beauty and magic everywhere in December ... Don't' you agree?
